Alan brings almost 30 years of training and teaching experience to his work. An accredited NLP Trainer and De Bono Thinking Skills Consultant he has a national reputation as a dynamic and inspirational speaker and trainer.

He is co-developer of Voice Engine Optimisation, a vocal coaching system developed for trainers, sales teams and presentation professionals.

He is a lead trainer for the Institute of NLP; partner in Corporate Magical Solutions (offering unique marketing solutions for product launches, conventions and trade shows) and training manager for Penwith Radio CIC.

As a trainer and consultant he has worked with the Eden Project; Xerox, JAD Systems; Whitehouse Partnership as well as numerous Local Authorities across the UK.

As a presenter (and with Corporate Magical Solutions) he has given talks to national and international audiences at venues including the NEC; Reebok Stadium; Royal Albert Hall and the Eden Project
